Areas of work

Diverse skills for different realities.

We work across social and training fields with one shared approach: understand the need, build a useful response and put it into practice.

Selected area

Employment inclusion

Guidance, support, skills development and pathways to improve employability and access to the labour market.

Who it is for
People at risk of exclusion, prioritising women and young people: long-term unemployment, age groups facing more barriers and young people with little experience or training.

Networks and accreditations that strengthen our capacity

Logos is part of leading networks and holds accreditations linked to its social and training work.

From diagnosis to evaluation

We can take on the whole project cycle.

We don't stop at the definition stage. We can take part in every phase needed, from the initial analysis to monitoring and evaluation.

  1. Diagnosis

We analyse the situation, detect needs and identify opportunities.

  2. Design

We define objectives, actions, resources and a viable structure.

  3. Delivery

We carry out the actions with coordination, technical judgement and quality.

  4. Monitoring

We monitor continuously to spot deviations and adjust the project.

  5. Evaluation

We assess results, impact and lessons learned to improve future actions.

We adapt to each organisation: we can take on the whole project or reinforce your team only in the phases you need.

We reinforce your team

When you need technical capacity, we join in.

Logos can join as external technical support to reinforce teams, take on specific phases of a project or bring expertise when you don't have the internal resources you need.

About us

Transforming the social discourse about the most vulnerable groups.

Logos is a non-profit association created to promote the social and labour inclusion of at-risk groups in the Camp de Tarragona area, with a team of professionals from different fields: educators, pedagogues, anthropologists…

Our history

Logos dates back to 2015, when the founding group identified a lack of resources in the Camp de Tarragona to support a large group of people after several services and organisations closed. The association was created to fill that gap.

We build on the experience of other organisations with which we share founders and staff, such as Aptos, an association for employment and social promotion that for 20 years pioneered job inclusion and training for people at risk of exclusion in Tarragona.

Mission and purpose

To offer solutions to employment problems faced by the most disadvantaged groups, by designing, managing and delivering projects and training for their social and labour inclusion.

We want to change and transform the social discourse about these groups, through their development and empowerment.

Beyond our own projects, we develop and manage programmes and actions for other organisations, institutions and companies.

Awards

Talent Cambra Award 2021 in the sustainability and food category for Agrolabora21, a project for the training and employment of at-risk young people through community gardens, promoting the green and circular economy.

How we work

We see employment as both a means and a goal: we support each person with tools tailored to their situation so they can enter the job market and keep improving their employability independently.

We work in partnership with local services, administrations and organisations to join forces and increase our impact.
