How we handle the data you give us through this website.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Only what you choose to give us in the contact form: full name, email, phone number (optional), organisation and reason for the meeting (if applicable), preferred contact method and your message. If you send us an application, also your CV and the details it contains. Please do not send us health data or other specially protected data.
3. What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, arrange any meetings you request and, for applications, assess your profile for the organisation's vacancies and projects. We do not create marketing profiles or make automated decisions.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. For meeting requests from public bodies and organisations, also steps taken at your request prior to entering into an agreement.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries: as long as needed to answer them, and no more than one year. CVs: no more than one year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. After that, data is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it.
6. Who has access
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website we use these providers: FormSubmit, which sends the form and any attachments to our email; Nominalia, which manages the logostgn.cat domain and the organisation's email (where forms and CVs arrive); GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which hosts the website; and Google Fonts, which serves the fonts. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@logostgn.cat or by post to our address, stating which right you wish to exercise and identifying yourself. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and only authorised Logos staff can access the mailbox where forms arrive.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or website changes. Last updated: October 2026.
