Consultancy and technical assistance
Support and advice for social projects, strategic consultancy and local project design, technical assistance and management, evaluation and monitoring, promotion of social responsibility, gender equality plans and ISO 9001 quality systems for organisations.
Advice and management for organisations
Since Law 39/2015 required organisations to deal with public administrations electronically, we saw that many struggled due to a lack of resources or knowledge, or because they were highly specialised, and that they often found it hard to build relationships with other organisations. To fill this gap, since 2021 we have worked with more than 70 organisations.
General procedures, grants and online dealings with the administration; technical assistance, evaluation, monitoring and project management; employment programmes; and building agreements and external relations.
Social studies
Social event management, campaign coordination, root-cause studies, social and anthropological research, and HR support.
Training
Training needs analysis, design, management and delivery of training, with quality control under ISO 9001:2015.
Social enterprises
Logos set up the work integration social enterprise Intress Creix Empresa d'Inserció Laboral, S.L. together with Fundació Intress, and collaborated in setting up Aptos Empresa d'Inserció, S.L. We also carry out market studies and supporting reports for social enterprises and sheltered employment centres.
